Spartan One-Stop: Fall 2025 Update

As we begin the fall semester, we are excited to share that Spartan One-Stop is now open to serve students both virtually and in person on the first floor of the Hannah Administration Building. Over the past year, this essential campus resource has played an increasingly vital role in delivering an exceptional academic experience for our students.

Spartan One-Stop combines the support services in the Office of the Registrar, Office of Financial Aid, and Student Accounts to simplify the student experience through integrated services, ensuring the journey of every Spartan is marked by convenience and individualized support.

The launch of Spartan One-Stop marks the realization of a vision that began nearly three years ago. This achievement would not have been possible without the dedication and collaboration of our leadership, staff, and student workers, all of whom are committed to delivering high-quality service to our Spartan community. Here are a few collective accomplishments to highlight:

  • Centralizing all support calls for the Office of Financial Aid, Office of the Registrar, and Student Accounts.
  • Hiring and training a dedicated team of solution specialists to support students and their questions.
  • Launching a new CRM system that allows the Spartan One-Stop team to track and review student questions or inquiries.
  • Opening a physical location on the first floor of the Hannah Administration Building, where students are welcomed into a space equipped with self-service kiosks and in-person staff to assist with their needs. 

As a reminder, the Spartan One-Stop is open to serve the campus community Monday through Thursday, 9 a.m. to 4:30 p.m. and Friday, 9:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m., via phone at (517) 432-8000, email at onestop@msu.edu, or in-person in the Hannah Administration Building, Room 140.
